So yeah, my earlier post... we did the undies. The first thing she does it run behind Greg's recliner and pees. Pees a nice puddle. The only reason we noticed is cause we heard her fart back there and asked her what she was doing... then she steps in it and trails a puddle to her play area. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr... I hate this.

Oh no. Bribes might work. If you pee in the potty you can have a piece of candy or something. Good luck! Thinking of you.
I would put her back in diapers for a few months and they try again. This happened with both Ella and Tate. They were both in underwear for a month or two when they were about 2.5....then they started having accidents all.of.the.time and wouldn't go on the toilet. So, back to diapers they went and a few months later they were potty trained in a few days.
