Ok, Teach just made me feel better... (I've been feeling like a lousy, unhealthy and pitied person, which I HATE). Her classroom had 7 out of 20 kids gone yesterday. She lives very near my neck of the woods. My bff is a nurse at our local hospital and she said that strep and the flu have been going around our town like crazy to. So see, there's lots of crap going around up here! It's not just us!

We've avoided it thus far (knock on wood), but I have been seeing news reports that there's a flu epidemic going on in almost ever state. My husband said that just about everyone at his work is sick...yet still at work. So, you're not alone...I guess the entire country is sick right now. It seems that strep goes around every winter around here too.
The crap is AFLYING! I want to LYSOL all my kids as they walk in the door!!!
Please let it end with Feb!
