The best deal was this Dora tent for $3. Ellie hearts it and she won't stay out of it... unlucky for me though, she is always saying, "mommy in tent!" So I spend a bit of my free time playing kitchen in the Dora tent. I also picked up the rubber mat flooring, an unopened package, at a different garage sale for $20.
We picked up just a ton of clothes. Jeans, dresses, shirts, tanks, shorts and capri's. I think we've got her pretty well set for the summer and going into the fall. I found quite a few cute sweaters that will fit her well into the fall and next winter. Here are a few of our finds.
A cute green velour sweatshirt and a nice comfy worn in pair of DKNY jeans. (Who the hell buys brand new DKNY jeans for their 2 year old... well at this particular sale she had all name brand clothes... for her twin girls! So that means 2 pair of these ridiculously priced jeans... I'm happy with the $1.00 price.) I have to give it to my sis for finding this sale.
Here is a bunch of the dresses we found... A couple shirts...
and some sweaters for next fall/winter...
one more dress and a cute light blue sweat suit...
Our other great find was a toddler bed. For $10! We had moved Ellie from her crib to a twin bed and went through a good 2 weeks of hell when it came to bedtime. So we picked up this bed and it has worked wonders. She is sleeping all night again, from 7:30 p.m. to about 7 a.m. They also had the Pottery Barn bedding for the bed... me, I don't care so much about name brands and didn't think we really needed used bedding for $30, but my mom insisted and bought if for us. It is very cute... came with a sheet, pillow, pillow case, pillow sham and the matching quilt. I only have a pic of the quilt here. The sham looks just like the quilt. The sheet and the pillow case are a pale green with white daisy's on them.

I LOVE that tent! How cute! Hunter will want to come over and play soon! Garage sales are the best!
Tanya-
I kept thinking of the two of them playing in it when I was putting it up... yes, you guys will have to come over and play... they will LOVE it!
Hopefully this store business will go through soon, then I'll get weekdays off again... not just weekends. Then we'll be able to hang out more!
You seriously racked up didn't you! I'm not much of a garage sale person, but that's mainly because I can't get our butts up early enough to get there for the good stuff, but my mom is a pro so I put her to work!
Damn! That is quite a garage sale treasure you have. I just added that Dora tent to my amazon wishlist... we are not thinking of buying it :)
