Today, right after having a late lunch, we decided to spend some of the afternoon outside. Greg is still on overnights and got up around 2. Since we only have about 2 hours with him when he's on nights we bolted outside and left our lunch dishes on the table... I thought I'd clean it up when Greg left for work. Well plans changed and when we came back I decided to give Ellie's closet and dresser a complete overhaul. Out with the winter clothes and in with the summer clothes. I also went through all her old clothes and filled 2 garbage bags full for my cousin who's due this month. It was nearing 6 and she was asking to eat so we headed downstairs... me the multi-tasker that I am thought, "oh, I'll throw some clothes in the washer while getting dinner ready." So I went down to the laundry room to start a load. When I came back to the kitchen Ellie was putting her cup back on the table (a cup that had leftover milk in it from lunch!) and was stuffing her mouth with the mac n cheese that was left in her bowl!!! OMG! SO GROSS!!
But I hear her sweet little voice saying... "mmmmm..."

I can't tell you how many times Lila has gotten hold of an sippy cup full of old milk...and still drank it...yuck.
My kids do that too and it totally bothers me... but my DH is like whatever. Gross.
