She is starting to walk, slowly but surely... she is up to taking about 10 steps on her own. She is pretty proud of herself to... it's quiet funny. Her vocabulary is growing every day. She is now saying hello (sounds like hewwow, which cracks us up every time), bowl, ball, daddy, momma, uh oh, hi, bu by, nigh nigh... to name a few. She is coming into the age where she will copy everything we do... she has lately started putting her fingers up her nose... must be taking after daddy there :)
We enjoyed a nice relaxing 4th of July... G had to work that day so E and I were going to go to the pool w/ my parents then have a BBQ at the park w/ my cousin, his wife and their kids (E's daycare). It was SUPER hot out... the pool was refreshing! And to make the day even better G got sent to the Dr. from work, cause they thought he had pink eye (which he did) so he ended up getting to spend the day w/ us. The Dr. said he could return to work, but his Sgt said nope, can't be around all these people w/ pink eye. We didn't stay for fireworks... that is a couple hours past E's bedtime (and ours!) but we enjoyed the day.
