With Ellie thing seemed so easy. Yes I was sick for almost 18 weeks. But after that I just don't remember being in pain, uncomfortable or so out of it until the very end. I actually quit working 12 days before having Ellie because I was huge and very uncomfortable.
This time around I am uncomfortable. Every. Single. Day. Not all day but always at some point(s) during the day.
I was just reading chapter 9 of What to Expect While You're Expecting (month 5, since I'll be there next week) and there is a section called: "What you may be feeling."
TMI ahead... don't say I didn't warn you.
Fetal movement - check
Increase whitish discharge - check
Constipation - has finally cleared up
Heartburn - am on med's now but for the first 17 weeks it was terrible
Indigestion, flatulence and bloating - check
Occasional headaches, faintness or dizziness - check
Nasal congestion and occasional nosebleeds; ear stuffiness - check
"Pink toothbrush" from bleeding gums - check
Hearty appetite - not so much
Leg cramps - check
Mild swelling of ankles and feet and occasionally of hands and face - check
Varicose veins of legs and/or hemorrhoids - check
Increase pulse (heart rate) - check (sometimes I can feel it pounding in my chest
Easier/or more difficult orgasm - very little interest in this in the last 17 weeks (that's what got me in this situation to begin with, geesh! oh and don't be thinking "oh poor Greg" - he is FINE)
Backache - check
Skin pigmentation changes on abdomen and/or face - haven't noticed this yet
Fewer mood swings, but occasional irritability and continued absentmindedness - check
At this point with Ellie I would have said "check" to 3 or 4 of the above list... and that would have included increased appetite and fetal movement. So yeah. What's up with this one?
It must be a little Greg in there... that is the only thing I can come up with. :)

Both of my pregnancies were very easy. Sorry to hear that you're having a rough time with this pregnancy. My only big complaint with both pregnancies, was my hips. They hurts all the time - especially at night. I wouldn't wish that pain on my worst enemy.
dUDE!
All pregnancies are different. With my second I threw up for 5 months solid. But he was my easiest baby/toddler.
