a sweet surprise

So as you can see I've made some changes.  It's still a work in progress... I'm hoping my RLF Melissa will be able to come up with an awesome header for me... rather than the boring one I have now... I might then change some colors... we'll see and go from there.  

I've also added a ton more blogs to my roll and organized it.  I've had tons of blogs bookmarked that I read periodically but never go around to getting them onto my roll.  I hope in doing this I will now visit them more often!

I feel like I can breathe again and have time to actually post and read blogs for the first time in months.  I am feeling better, finally, and that is a really GREAT feeling.  

This morning I woke up a bit before 7 to find my husband just returning home from work... and on the table I see this... the first thing I said was, "did you do something wrong?"  (hahaha!)

It says:  It's really pretty simple...  (inside) all I need is you.  

Then he added some of his own wonderful words.  And because I don't want to totally embarrass him I won't tell you all the details of what he said, but this last paragraph, I have to share because it is so sweet.  

You are all I could have ever wished for in a wife.  I love you more than I can ever put into words.  You are my life, heart and soul.  I love you.  Greg

Seriously.  I wonder how I ever found him.  I don't get surprises like this often.  But words like this always carry me over until the next time... even if it is years in between :).

In sadder news... I learned this morning that a blog I really enjoy reading, antropologa (eva), just lost her baby.  I am so sad for her.  She is going through a real tough time right now... please keep her in your thoughts.
