puke

This morning has not been fun. E cannot keep anything down. Puking is not fun and it is even worse watching your 20 month old doing it. Feeling her belly contract with each gag... while she is sitting on my lap and we are leaning over the tub. :( Poor thing.

We started with some OJ, before I realized she was sick... up came the oj. After a while we tried some pedialite with water... up it came. After a while we tried dry cheerios... up they came. She has now been sleeping since 10:30. But she is going to be hungry when she wakes up. What the heck do I feed her?

What is it with kids and illness? We have had so much crap come through our house since November it is ridiculous! When does it end??

**UPDATE** 3:05 p.m.
She seems to be better. Got up at about 12:30... I stuck with the brat diet (banana's, rice, applesauce and toast) for lunch. She had a piece of toast and some applesauce. She kept screaming for milk, so I gave in. I was waiting for the heaving to begin, but lunch stayed down... and since then she's had a slice of cheese and water and thankfully it's all stayed down! Hope we are in the clear!

Awww, I hope E starts feeling better soon, there's nothing worse than a sick child. Hopefully she'll be better once the flu season is over, but to be honest, they never stop getting sick, once they hit school it's the same old crap again. :(

I'm so sorry you're having to deal with this again. It seems like someone in your house is always sick!

Porgie had the same thing. I am so sick of my babies being sick. This winter has been horrible.

I can't breath out of my nostrils today...I am with you SICK OF THIS SICK CRAP!!! If it is not sore throat it is coughing or puking! Glad she held something down!
