much better... finally!

I am finally feeling better! Thank god. Now on to more fun things... we spent some time outside this afternoon attempting to rake up the leaves in the yard. Raking sucks. So we decided to drive into town and borrow my parents leaf blower/picker upper thingy. Much easier. G will take care of the yard tomorrw now in half the time it would have taken us today to rake. My bright idea was that maybe we could just mow over all the leaves and they would disappear. Yeah, no. Doesn't quite work that way. It just made all our leaves really small and impossible to rake up. Oh well. Now we've learned. I'm really not a brat so don't think that... but I mowed our backyard today for the first time ever. I mean ~ever~, I've never mowed a lawn before. It was kinda fun, but a lot of work. I got a good workout. Maybe it'll help keep this weight off that I've lost?? Wishful thinking :). I am surprised that she played in the leaves like she did. She is usually such a freak about textures and doesn't want to touch anything that feels odd to her. But as you can see, she had a great time.
