Today I've eaten:
Breakfast - 2 oz cheese (yeah, not a normal breakfast food, but I was hungry for it) with water
Snack - individual bag of peanuts
Lunch - carrot sticks/dip, banana and Lu.na bar
Snack - ff yoplait - banana cream pie (so good!)
Dinner - 3 squares of homemade pizza, broccoli/dip and a glass of milk
Once again I'm short some veggies. I just can't seem to get them in... I'm going to have to figure something out there. I've had plenty of water and even had a mellow yellow today. I forgot to say before that a glass of wine counts as 1 fruit. How rad is that? (Did I just say rad?) Can you tell I've already had a glass.... :)
Actually if the tomato sauce on the pizza counts as a veggie I didn't do to bad... remember, I'm doing a modified version of this diet. MY modified version. Because I figure anything is better than what I've been doing!
Worked out again tonight... exactly the same as last night. I'm tired and it is only 9!
Tomorrow night I'm going to the O. Garden with 2 of my girls... what the hell am I going to eat there? Well, I'd say I'm not going to eat all damn day (not really, I'd never survive) so I can indulge in breadsticks, salad and zup.pa tuscana. I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!! After these last 3 days I am pumped for dinner tomorrow. :)
My friend Em had a baby this week. Here is a pic of her and her new little one (I'm not sharing her name cause I haven't gotten permission, sorry!)... aren't they both beautiful! Congrats Em and J!! You are going to be a couple of fun parents, she's a lucky little girl.

I wish I could be motivated like you. My eating has been out of control lately. Ugh. Even my fat pants are feeling tight!
