Breakfast - vanilla yogurt with blueberries and grapenuts
Snack - luna bar
Lunch - 1 cup velveeta shells and cheese
Snack - handful of low salt peanuts
Dinner - sloppy-jo with low fat 100% whole wheat bun, 12 chips, 1 slice string cheese
I realized I had eaten so few veggies... so I made a plate up... isn't it pretty!

Then I went into town cause my parents were going to watch E while I went to a friends birthday party... and they were eating PIZZA! So, I had to have a slice. It was SO yummy. Some concoction of blue cheese with meat and whatever else was on it, I don't know... but it was super yum.
A few of you have commented that you don't think I'm eating enough. I just want to reassure you that I would NEVER starve myself. I am a healthy person. I know what is good for me and what isn't. If I am hungry I will eat. It may not look like I'm eating a lot, but the food choices I am making are full of calcium, vitamins, protein and other nutrients that they are filling me up... in a way that all the junk food I used to eat didn't. I feel full longer with these foods. So, please don't worry! This change in eating habits is totally new to me... it hasn't been easy... but I promise I'm doing it in a healthful way!
