My day in food...
Breakfast - iced vanilla latte
Snack - 12 rf club crackers
Lunch - 2 small pizza squared and carrot sticks with dip
Snack - luna bar
Dinner - 1 english muffin with peanut butter and 1/2 cup cottage cheese
Ok, I am SOOOOOOOOO not getting all the required elements of this diet (oops, called it the D word) but I am eating. I am eating MUCH healthier and MUCH less than I ever have. I have taught myself to only eat when I begin to feel hungry. I am much more in tune with my body and listen to what it tells me it needs, which is something I feel so proud about. I was a major emotional eater. I'd eat when I was sad, thinking, "I deserve this today cause so and so happened"... or I would eat when I was bored. I am making much healthier food choices. The other big thing for me is pop. I would drink a 20 oz mellow yellow every morning, usually with no breakfast. I have drank about 20 oz this entire week. I can't believe I was able to do this so easily... with no headaches what so ever.

I am impressed, but I think you need to eat a little more. I can't believe you're not starving!
